o Conditions under which returns/exchanges cannot be accepted (Customer Convenience)
- If more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- If the product has been used (excluding trial fitting for size check).
- For reasons such as "ordered the wrong model," "no longer needed," or "different color than imagined."
- If the main body, outer box, instruction manual, or accessories are damaged, lost, stained, or discarded.
- If the product has been washed, repaired, or modified by the customer.
- If purchased from a site other than our official website.
- If purchased for resale purposes (including cases determined by our company as resale intent).
- If the return/exchange of the same model/size has been repeated 2 or more times in the past.
- If the product has been taken outside of Japan.

o If you wish to cancel after the product has been shipped but before it arrives, please contact us. We will initiate a delivery stop procedure with the shipping company.
However, the shipping cost at the time of dispatch and the actual return shipping cost from the carrier back to our facility will be billed separately.

o Procedure for Size Exchanges
1. After confirming the above conditions, please contact us with your order number and current situation by phone (+81-3-6381-2660) or email (info@supportjacket.jp).
In the case of email, we will send a confirmation email back to you.
2. After packing the target product, please send it to the address below via prepaid shipping (shipping cost borne by you) through your nearest shipping carrier.
3. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival, and if there are no issues, we will proceed with the return/exchange process.
*If a product that falls under the "Conditions under which returns/exchanges cannot be accepted" is sent, or if an issue is found during inspection, or if it is sent without prior notice and our subsequent confirmation, the product will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery (COD).
*Please do not include anything other than the item for size exchange. Any unrelated items enclosed will be disposed of by our company.
